Setting up your Email via Microsoft Outlook Express

Firstly you will need to login to the Total Control Panel using your Total Control username and password (not your ADSL username and password) as emailed to you. Then go to "Mail Admin" to access your email account settings and then carry out the following steps ...

1	Open Microsoft Outlook Express and go to Tools Accounts Enter your name Click "Next"
2	Enter your email address in the following format firstname.surname@mail.adsl4less.com Click "Next"
3	Enter your email settings as shown in your Total Control Panel (under "Mail Admin") POP Server is pop.adsl4less.com SMTP Server is smtp.adsl4less.com Click "Next" and click "Finish"
