I've ordered, what happens next?
Now you have your Broadband order on its way you need to ensure that you have the correct hardware. If you do not already have a modem or router you can purchase these from us at a very competitive rate. Just click on the "Hardware" button above to order. If you do not have suitable hardware you could end up paying the monthly Broadband charge without having the correct equipment to access it.
1. Confirmation email
We will send this to the email address that you specified when ordering so please ensure you will still be able to access this email address. This email will contain the following information ...

Important: It is vital that you save this email and make a note of your details.
2. Hardware Delivery
If you have ordered hardware through us this we will endeavour to send this out to you the same day by Royal Mail Registered Post.
3. Activation Day
You should install your modem and microfilters on your activation date – a step by step guide is provided with our broadband hardware. This information is also available for either our ADSL USB Modem or the Wireless BT Router. You can then start enjoying ADSL4Less Broadband!
5. Billing
The fee for set up and the first part month (up to the 1st of the following month after activation) will be taken from your Credit/Debit card thereafter the monthly fee can be taken by either your Credit/Debit card or Direct Debit. To start paying by Direct Debit simply login to your Total Control panel and go to Account Information.
